The evening breeze pierced through my skin
A childhood days filled memories
Leave me blue with all it's glory
I feel cold and I'm so weary
I missed the laughter, I missed the cares
And the love I once knew to be
Now all I'm left with is emptiness and loneliness
A pocketful of memories and a half-filled bottle of wine
Like a bird in a cage
The shackle of chains that bind me
I've got a heartful of love
But whom am I to share?
Melancholy knows me by the name
Love leave me in despair
And happiness turns into sorrows
I'm empty and I'm so hollow
Fairytale is a lie and Love to me is a curse
Like a distant rhythm of a sound
And the echo of a silence calling
A flickering embers of fire
Love cling to me in a faintest linger
I need to feel the love again
And the taste of sweet wine in your kiss
Rekindle the fire; just a glance from your eyes

Hope

Time passes on ever slowly
And so mercilessly
Sneering mockingly
As it gives away it's moments of passion-
And then sweeping it all away
I have nothing to show for
And I have nothing to hide
Except, maybe the ceaseless hope
That time would one day
Heal the wounds and bring back
The joys of love
And the passions of life
So like a used book
In a re-seller's store
I keep on
Bearing through the day's burn
And the night's chill
Each day, hoping for a better tomorrow
And someday, maybe,
Find somebody
To reach through the torn leaves
And the loose pages
And mend my broken soul

My Dreams

Twas so surreal oh! I hope it was real!
We were so much in love I hope it never ends.
As the day breaks and the dawn tears it's way mercilessly
I find it hard to believe it was only a dream.
But yet I'm glad we somehow met,

Be Careful
Oh! Be careful little eyes what you see.
Oh! Be careful little feet where you go.
What you see can affect your mind and your thoughts.
Be careful not be where you are not supposed to be.
Little things that we thought can lead us to stray.
People never crumble in a day, It's a slow fade.
Flowers bloom and fade away.
Be careful what you do and where you go.
Be careful what you see and what you hear.
The things you like describe the person in you.
We live once and die once.
Be careful who you are becoming.
